This Privacy Policy applies to the Lihai mobile application (the “App”) and related support communications. It does not apply to third‑party websites, services, or platforms you may access through the App.
This page should be read together with our User Agreement.
2) Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Photos / images you import (for example, images selected from your device photo library) so the App can generate layered reconstruction puzzles and outputs.
- Support communications (such as emails you send to lihaicyl@163.com), which may include the information you choose to share.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- App usage and diagnostics (for example, crash logs, performance metrics, and basic interaction events), to help us troubleshoot and improve stability.
- Device information (such as device model, OS version, app version, and language/region), typically included with diagnostics.
2.3 Information we generate as part of the experience
- Project data and outputs, such as thumbnails, layered reconstruction parameters, inferred target viewpoint settings, and saved results you create.

We use information to:
- provide core App features (importing photos, analyzing structure, generating layered scenes, and rendering reconstruction puzzles);
- save your projects and outputs on your device;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- maintain, debug, and improve the App (including performance and reliability);
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4) Sharing & disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only as described below:
- Service providers that help operate the App (for example, crash reporting or analytics providers), under contractual obligations to protect data and use it only on our instructions.
- Legal and safety disclosures if required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business changes in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets (subject to appropriate safeguards).

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the App and for legitimate business purposes such as troubleshooting, compliance, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and whether you request deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live and where our service providers operate, information may be processed in countries other than your own. When we transfer information internationally, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate protections consistent with applicable law.

The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required by local law). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at lihaicyl@163.com.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
To make a request, email lihaicyl@163.com with enough detail for us to verify and respond. We may ask for information to confirm your identity and protect your account/device data.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, access, correct, and delete personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing as defined by California law.
We do not sell personal information. If the App uses analytics or similar technologies, you may be able to control them via the App’s Settings and iOS privacy controls.

If you are in Canada, we process personal information in accordance with applicable laws, including PIPEDA and relevant provincial statutes. You can contact us to request access or correction.
13) Singapore (PDPA)
If you are in Singapore, we handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). You may request access and correction and can withdraw consent (where applicable) by contacting us; withdrawal may affect your ability to use certain features.
14) Australia
If you are in Australia, we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You may request access or correction, and you may complain to us if you believe we have breached the APPs.
15) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via an in‑app notice). The “Effective date” at the top indicates when the latest version became effective.
