User Agreement Lihai · Perspective Reconstruction Puzzle

This User Agreement explains the rules for using the Lihai mobile application and related features. It is not a “terms of service” page for third‑party platforms; it is a direct agreement between you and Lihai for app use.

Effective date: April 27, 2026
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1) Acceptance

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Lihai (the “App”), you agree to this User Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you use the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

2) Eligibility & minors

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3) App license

Subject to this Agreement, we grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable, limited license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal and non‑commercial use, unless we expressly allow otherwise.

You may not (and may not allow anyone else to) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or create derivative works of the App or any part of it, except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

4) Your photos & content

The App lets you import images (for example, photos from your device photo library) and generate perspective‑reconstruction experiences and outputs (such as aligned images, covers, exports, or project metadata).

You keep ownership
As between you and us, you retain your rights in your photos and other content you provide.
Permission to process
You grant us the rights needed to process your content to provide the App’s features (e.g., analyzing, decomposing into layers, rendering, and saving outputs), consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload and use your content (including permissions from people appearing in photos and any third‑party rights holders).

We do not claim ownership over your photos. We do not want your private images; we only process them as needed to provide the App’s functionality.

5) Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the App to:

  • violate any law or regulation, including privacy, IP, or publicity/personality rights;
  • create, upload, or process content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive (including sexual exploitation of minors);
  • attempt to bypass security, interfere with the App, or access the App in an unauthorized manner;
  • scrape, harvest, or collect information from the App except as permitted by the App’s normal use;
  • use the App to build or benchmark competing products (unless permitted by applicable law);
  • misrepresent your identity, or impersonate others, in connection with the App or any support requests.

6) Features, availability, and changes

Lihai is a perspective reconstruction puzzle: the App may analyze an imported photo, infer a target viewpoint, decompose the image into layered slices, apply reversible offsets, and let you move a virtual camera (rotate, zoom, pan) to find the alignment viewpoint.

We may add, remove, or modify features; change parameters; or suspend or discontinue parts of the App. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect typical use.

7) Purchases & subscriptions (if any)

Some features may be offered for purchase (for example, premium templates or challenge packs). If we offer in‑app purchases, they are handled through the platform provider (e.g., Apple). Platform terms govern billing, refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes.

If purchases are not currently available in your version of the App, this section applies only if and when such features are introduced.

8) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described there.

9) Third‑party services & device platforms

The App may rely on device features and third‑party services (for example, iOS photo permissions, system frameworks, crash reporting, or analytics you can enable/disable in Settings). Your use of such services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10) Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free, or that alignment results will always be accurate or aesthetically pleasing for every image.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App or paid to us for the feature giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the liability.

12) Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content or your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

13) Governing law & disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding conflict‑of‑law principles, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Disputes should first be raised by contacting us so we can try to resolve them informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved, you may pursue claims in a court of competent jurisdiction. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights you may have under mandatory laws in your jurisdiction.

14) Local rights & consumer protections

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, and certain limitations or disclaimers may not apply.

  • California (USA): you may have rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Canada: you may have rights under applicable privacy laws such as PIPEDA and provincial laws.
  • Singapore: you may have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Australia: you may have rights under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

15) Changes to this agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, via an in‑app notice). The “Effective date” at the top indicates when the latest version became effective.
